Departure

Working with a range of World War One or Two Stimuli,
participants explore the theme of ‘Departure’ through the emotions of soldiers and families living through World War One (receiving telegrams and the front line) and World War Two (responding to air raids, bunkers and evacuation). This session can be adapted to include relevant war poetry and/or literature.
