In the Style Of...

These sessions are designed specifically for GCSE Drama / Performing Arts students undertaking practitioner or devising practical work. The sessions focus on Brecht, Stanislavski and Artaud, and give participants the opportunity to learn devising techniques and exercises in the style of Epic Theatre, Naturalism and Theatre of Cruelty. Sessions can contain an introduction to all three practitioners, or can be focussed on one practitioner in more depth. This session is perfect for launching a Devising unit or examination component.
