Flipping the script: Noughts & Crosses


Discrimination. Segregation. Race. Noughts & Crosses is a play like no other. Loosely based on Romeo & Juliet, Noughts & Crosses explores an alternate world where civilisation is split in two races: White people & Black people. In this session participants will explore extracts of the script, key characters and prominent themes, whilst linking their learning to modern society and their personal experiences. This session has links to Personal, Social and Cultural learning, as well as Literacy through interpreting texts and dialogue.
